The only complaint I see is: The Stun Gun fit so snugly in it's nylon, belt loopable case, it would be very difficult to get it out when needed in a hurry. It will not function unless it is remove from this carrying case because the tightly stretch restraining elastic strap covers the arming switch.

    Worked for 2 minutes now they want me to jump through hoops to return it to get a new one

    I'm so tired of buying off of eBay from these junk stores that sell crap and then they want you to jump through hoops to get a return label whenever it's simple they can send one like anybody else but no they want you to fill out all this paperwork well I am never buying again from Japan or wherever the junk crap comes from work for 2 minutes and quit
