Hey there! Sorry for the confusion, if you would like a heatsink and fan we can arrange for you to get one. However the listing does state in bold "NOT INCLUDED: HDD/SSD, Drive Caddy, RAM, CPU, CPU Cooler, Fan, Heatsink, WiFi, NO AC ADAPTER, NO Screws." and none of those items are included in the photos. We are a small business and these reviews really hurt us :/ That being said, i'd be happy to get you a heatsink and fan if we can work something out! Thanks!
