I was sent the wrong size pillow but the seller did let me know he had mistakenly labeled it. I just didn't see the email before he sent it to me. He immediately sent me a free return label but I had already opened the vacuum packed pillow and knew they wouldn't be able to sell it again, so I decided to keep it.
