I never received the items that I purchased nor did I ever hear from the seller (No tracking #, no response to my messages, etc. so I'm not sure what happened on the seller's end; thus the "Neutral" feedback). Ebay ended up settling the order claim on my behalf and refunding my payment for all of the items in a very timely manner. That part of all of this was excellent and this is exactly why I've continued to use ebay (as a seller and as a buyer) since 02/1998 (almost 26 years)!
