    Quad sound Totally Rocks!

    Quad sound totally rocks on this bluray. I was a bit skeptical about the "Quadio" sound after listening to the Doobie Brothers set. The vocals seemed too soft, not loud enough. But this J Geils album nails the quad sound. They even throw in some true mono sound on Stoop Down #39, the song begins in mono in the front left speaker then the tempo changes and the song opens up into four channels and just blows you away. If you like the J Geils Band, this quad mix from 1974 is a must have. Five Stars all the way!!
