    It works

    All functionality works, which is great. The only downside is the responsiveness to button presses is not the best, sometimes one has to point more carefully at the bottom of the TV and press a button again. (This is partially the TV's fault too.) This thing is also surprisingly inexpensive ... to regain full functionality of a Vizio TV you lost the remote for.

    Review of XRT010 Remote control

    This remote is very easy to use and convenient. I used to have to use the buttons on this side of the TV to adjust anything eg, picture, Inputs, Sound etc.. But now that I have this remote, using the TV as a computer monitor has been made simple. Thanks.

    My Old Vizio Lives Again

    Remote is for a pre-smart tv. Works great. Changes channels, inputs and adjusts volume. Two AAA batteries not included and it worked like a charm. It even works with my Smart Vizio for basic functions. This is a great primary or backup remote control if you have an older Vizio tv.

    More tactile works great!

    I like this replacement remote better than the original one that came with my TV. It looks identical except the buttons on this one are much more tactile. They are not squishy like the original. I was pressing the buttons repeatedly on the original and that was frustrating. Plus the paint wore off on the buttons. Now I can feel when the buttons are pressed and they work with a single press.
