The manual needs slight adjustment. It stays to have continuous drainage, a water (included with dehumidifier) needs to be attached to the dehumidifier. It led to confusion that even if the water tank is full, drainage will continue. It won't. Dehumidifier shuts down as soon as tank is full and drainage stops. That's about the only issue with the product works great.

Customer service is excellent, my item was delivered to the wrong house, I was expecting a scam when I got a notification that the item had been delivered but wasn't here. I contacted customer service and they didn't just blow me off, they responded very quickly. The USPS worker delivered the package to the wrong house.
