Arrived on time. However, this particular unit does "not" work over a bed. The horizontal shaft does not extend far enough to the center of a bed; 1/3 of the table top hangs off the bed completely. This unit works best over a chair. Smaller than expected. My error in purchasing this unit.

Inaccurate as it does 'not' extend over a bed... not even a twin bed.
It is made of particle board; does not support a 16-17" laptop w/mouse; does not reach the center of a 'full' bed, only the edge of it. Works better for a chair. However, the instructions were easy to follow & assembly was fast. My error in ordering this piece :/
