Very easy to set up, ready to print, very easy setup to my camera.

Product looked new, except for the unraveled cords stuffed into the box, described and listed as new, but came with the pack of photo paper with only one left instead of the entire box. When I had asked about it, he told me I could return if I wasn't satisfied. I'll buy a new pack of paper, but it's the fact it's not as described, which was "new" Also just tested to print and the ink cartridge was empty, this was obviously not new.

I have owned 3 of these printers. The photo quality is fantastic. Ease of use is a joy and the small size fits in well at my computer station. Now for the negatives......... The reason I have owned 3 is that they only work for a certain amount of time and then die. After power outages it wastes transfer sheets rebooting.The print paper and transfer cartridges can be found on ebay for a fair price.The bottom line..........when this one dies I will buy another!!!
The Canon Selphy CP720 is a fine printer, given the price I paid for it on ebay. The colors are rich and full and with 4 passes through as the colors are layered and finish applied, you will receive a quality picture. It takes approximately a minute or so in total time to achieve the final picture, but, when you think about the time you wait to get back pictures from a film camera or the gas and time it takes to go to a store to develop the digital prints, it's well worth it to have a printer in your own home.
This is a great compact printer for quick 4x6", 2"x3" or wallet photos. I just bought a second to have on hand for papercraft and scrapbook classes I teach. Tips Use a dedicated USB or SD card for photos you specifically want to print on this machine to cut down on the time it takes to scroll through them to select and print. You do not have to be connected to a PC to print. This is perfect for Project Life album makers and Planner Lovers. Cartridges are the actual investment on this machine, but what is great is that the ink and the number of sheets per cartridge align for exact use so you don't have one with out the other sitting around. Cartridges are available on eBay, Frys Electronics or Best Buy. This is a far better and more compact size than the original Selphy model. It's portable in the most efficient way. A wireless or bluetooth version would be a great upgrade in future models. I really love the borderless printing!Read full review
