    Excited when I got it until I tried to use it.

    I was excited to get this plotter for projects I was planning. It would have been cheaper than taking my files to a printers, Kinko's or the like. When I got it home the carriage belt was shredded, and the print heads would move but not freely. The inside of the plotter, out of sight from the window was filthy. It's a good think I have a mechanical mind and can fix stuff.

    Unable to use

    Had no power cord. And have it hooked up but have never been able to use it. Lost out on money with this. Turned out as a very expensive coat rack.
