Candle arrived completely broken. It was poorly packaged with only one thin layer of bubble wrap and nothing placed in between the lid and jar. Reached out to seller with pictures and she offered either a partial refund to keep the broken candle or a full refund if I returned the shattered candle. I chose the partial refund because sending broken glass back in the mail is messed up. Should have been a full refund since it was her fault for not wrapping it properly.
