    It's the best!!

    I've had an old Acme centrifugal juicer since the 80's and got tired of the noise and vibrations... I saw a similar vert juicer at a kitchen show several years ago, it made the best strawberry juice. I've wanted one ever since. This juicer makes great juice from everything I've throw its way. I squeeze my citrus separately because it's too inefficient to peel it. Great watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberry lime juice! It's easy to rinse in the sink, no small parts to lose in the garbage disposal, and the design is attractive and efficient. Enjoy!!

    Does a good job, but....

    This is my first juicer so I have nothing to compare it to. But, it is easy to break down & clean which is often depending upon what you are juicing...and that leads to my only complaint. The opening where the pulp is eliminated is small & easily clogs...I've learned to try & use a utensil to unclog it which is probably not what the manufacturer recommends, but it's the best way I know how to keep it going until it clogs entirely. Otherwise, this is a masticating juicer & does what it's supposed to !!

    Great all-around juicer

    I have been juicing for a long time using a centrifugal juicer which can't handle leafy green vegetables. When it came time to upgrade to a new juicer I was looking for a masticating juicer and I'm very happy I selected the Omega 400 VRT model! I can now juice a great variety of leafy greens: parsley, spinach, chard, kale, lettuce and so on, plus it does a great job with my old staples: ginger, beets, carrots, lemons, jicama, zucchini and more! And in contrast to my old juicer which was very loud and jumped around on the counter, splashing beet juice every which way, this one is much quieter, stays put and does not splash anything. Initially I was concerned about the advertised slowness of masticating juicers, but this one works at a brisk pace. The cleaning goes fast and is easy, ...
