Hey thanks for your feedback. Just wanted to respond to clarify some things. Yes unfortunately your item got damaged in the shipping process sometimes that happens. After you let me know my response was “I’m so sorry to hear about that they must have been rough with it during shipping”. Then immediately after you left negative feedback leaving me no chance to make it right. When I contacted you later you claimed the item was “destroyed” had no proof or pictures yet demanded money.
