I messaged them as a heads up and to say we’d be fine keeping the incorrect item (figured it was pretty low cost anyway). Disappointed there wasn’t a response even just acknowledging and apologizing for the error. Made sure to give it a good amount of time before leaving this feedback, but ultimately no reply.
