My first interaction with the seller. The item I received did not work so I had to return it. Let me say that this seller was VERY responsive when I sent emails to him about returning the item. He sent the return instructions and sent the item back. As soon as Aaron received the item, he immediately issued the refund. Oh and he also offered to replace the item but I declined. Although the product did not work out, Aaron was professional and would definitely do business with him again!

    Great One Remote

    I think it is a great one remote for all may devices. It controls everything that I have/need. Took me about five minutes to program and I was up and running just like before the other one quit. The down side is that Logitech no longer makes these products or provides product support so you have to purchase used replacement pieces.

    Powerful Remote When Paired with the Harmony Hub

    Great add on product for the Companion Hub. It can be a little finnicky to program but once you do there aren't a lot of products out there that have the diverse functionality of this remote. We have multiple hubs that can function with the app but my wife and I still prefer to use a hard button remote. A+
