This has been the worst buying experience that I have had on Ebay. The post was for a 10kt real yellow gold,diamond bracelet, when received the bracelet had brassy spots & tarnish, seller never put this in description & she did not have good pics up, .After leaving a neg review, seller asked me to revise & sent a message that she is contacting lawyer for slander, such a stressful experience, I left pics under this review for ppl to see the over $300 bracelet for themselves.

I love all my buyers and it matters if they are happy with their purchase...I always accept a return no matter what and have let buyers keep the item and full refunds too, sadly i could not do this for this buyer and she got increasingly angry when I simply asked her to return with the shipping label provided for a full refund ( i had to get ebay involved as her messages were so affensive) I'm so sorry this turned out like this and send her love, peace and happiness
