I have never experienced purchasing an item from eBay that was this bad. I received a picture which cost $250 + shipping over $53 and it was covered with Cockroaches and scat . I am working with eBay to get a refund. I was refunded the shipping, but big deal, the picture was not salvageable and I tried. I had to destroy the item and hope my home/ garage is not infested with bugs now.
