I received a different violin than ordered but seller offered partial refund that makes the value acceptable. Violin arrived very quickly, safely packaged in an excellent case and with nice bow. For final price the violin is a nice, entry/low-intermediate level instrument with a nice sound. It arrived all set up, it needed slight adjustment of bridge and tuning. Seller responds to inquiries most of the time very quickly. Resolving the issue shows that seller cares about customers. Good seller!

The pickguard was sent with incorrect pickup configuration but seller response was very quick and the proper replacement was immediately sent. The quality of the product is very high. Shipping was international so it took a few days to arrive. Pickguard was packaged very well. Very happy with the product and the seller.

I bought 4 different models of wood pickguards from this seller. All are exactly as pictured. I am very pleased. They weigh less than the standard 3 ply plastic pickguard but feel sturdy enough to hold the electronics without a problem. Packaging was excellent and they arrived in 3 weeks from China to the East Coast of the U.S., which is standard. Great job, very happy.
