The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    Panasonic S5 in 2023 is still a CHAMP!

    Excellent stabilization IBIS, much better than any other brand ie Sony, that I have used. VLOG is excellent to shoot with, and high ISO noise, artifacting is much better than the several Sony's, Nikon's or Canon's that I have used. No problems with over heating in an interview, also good luck using a Sony, Nikon or Canon with that, at high data rates. This camera I pair with an S1H, as it matches very well. I have also tried the new S5II series, and find the new PDAF autofocus layer has lots of issues in image quality with banding and high ISO's. You can read reviews, like the CinemaD review, on image issues with the new models. If you can find a good used one, I highly recommend one, especially since they are usually under $1000.

    Great Alt, to Leica SL type 601-Panasonic Leica Partnership.

    Value version of the Leica SL Type 601-sinse this is manufactured by Panasonic though not as expensive as the SL the full frame features are on par. Mostly use for low light with Vintage Lens. gripe is paying import duty on used camera Imported from Japan.

    Hugh quality image. Photo and video. Great hybrid camera for pro or enthusiast. Really solid build and easy to navigate. Feels good in the hand. Great IBIS. High quality stills and so many options for video. Highly recommend this camera to anyone that enjoys full frame and wants to shoot both photo and video. Fantastic value.
