Item is as described, except it’s is not new at all.
The box it came in Looks opened and the actual frame has smudges on them. Seems like it is a refurbished product. Wanted to give this as a gift but cannot since it’s obviously been opened. I contacted the seller and he said i was lucky to get it at this price and offered $5 refund that I never received. Buyer beware

Bought item and my Dog didn’t like it, item shows ball shooting out. When I got the item it just had some type of spring. Very cheap.. spoke to seller for return and she said to “Send It” she charged me for shipping to receive and shipping to send back so out of my refund I only received less than $2.00 I feel she should of met me half way instead I had to call ebay and explain my issue, they seen this a big problem and refunded all my money back. Thank you Ebay.. The seller was no help….
