Thanks for the feedback. For light items, like this, we use registered post, not trackable for USA, Canada and Australia. But for most items, they are fully trackable using 17track

Item was delivered well packaged & sent in a timely manner. However, the s-pen would NOT function with my Toshiba Portege z20t touch screen laptop as advertised in the seller's ebay description. I ebay messaged the seller for assistance to help pair the s-pen with my laptop. But the seller's after sales customer support was non-existent / they did not bother to respond, which is very poor service. It's difficult to know if I received a faulty device or not & Toshiba Cust Supp unable to assist.

    great, but fragile.

    very good item. i dropped it tip first. it didnt break but it was buggy for a while. i fixed it. dont drop it. it's expensive and it takes so long to get here.

    Buen producto, alta calidad pero con un inconveniente de funcionalidad

    El producto parece legítimo y tiene buena calidad, funciona bien aunque no de la manera adecuada ya que no hace las funciones que debería de hacer hasta que se presiona alguno de los botones laterales. La pluma debiera escribir y poder usarse como mouse sin tener que mantener apretado alguno de los 2 botones. Ya intenté ver si es un problema de drivers pero no encuentro nada de información al respecto.
