My friend bought the kayak but I ordered it for him and get to use it! So WIN!WIN! It is a little difficult to get out of since we are used to sit on top kayaks but this is so much fun! We have used it on the river and at the lake and as long as you have some clear water can really enjoy the view beneath you. Definitely easier for 2 people to carry but he has carried it on his own. We tried it as a tandem and I'm on the heavier side so we exceeded the weight limit of 400lbs by about 15lbs. It held but the water was close to the edge, lol The quality of the transparent kayak is awesome. The only downside is the paddles. Love that they are included but they are on the flimsy side and for the price I think there could be something a little better then these so we used the ones from our ... I thought the cords were for attaching the paddles to the kayak but they are too short for that so they are still in their bag. I hope this review helps. My friend loves his purchase and really enjoys it. We are going to try the ocean soon and see what views we get.
