The bayonet I received is a second pattern model made by Savage Stevens and is in excellent condition for its age. Covered up in cosmoline, but once cleaned up looked brand new, functions as designed and looks ground mounted to a rifle. Bayonet was well packaged and protected, shipped quickly, and would definitely buy from again and would try my luck with getting another bayonet for a different makers mark.
