The Canon SELPHY CP900 is a compact photo printer that utilizes dye-sublimation printing technology. This Canon digital photo printer has a maximum color print resolution of 300x300 dpi with 256 levels of color. It has a print speed for borderless postcard sized photos of about 47 seconds. This thermal printer accepts a variety of media including 2.13-inch by 3.39-inch card stock, 3.94-inch by 5.83-inch postcard size paper, and L size paper. This compact photo printer features a 2.7-inch, tilt-up LCD display that gives the buyer the ability to view and select images for printing without the need for a computer. Photos do not need to be downloaded in order to print. Photos from this Canon digital photo printer have an archival life of about 100 years. The Canon SELPHY CP900 printer supports direct printing from most SD cards, MMC cards, and USB drives. PictBridge printing and photo printing from most iOS and Android mobile devices is supported as well. Network connectivity for this Canon digital photo printer is available via the integrated 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi. The device is compatible with machines running Windows XP, Vista, and 7 operating systems as well as those running Mac OS X 10.5.8 to 10.77. This printer weighs 1.8 lbs and measures 7 inches wide by 5 inches high by 2.4 inches deep.

    Reconditioned Canon Selphy BP900

    I have been using CP900s for quite a number of years and as they died I would buy another but now Canon no longer manufactures them so this reconditioned unit is meeting my needs. Out of the box it looks brand new and it worked as expected with the print quality as expected when I plugged in a thumb drive.

    Little but outstanding

    I would certainly buy from them again and encourage everyone to do the same. I have only printed one picture but it was of superior quality. I was very doubtful when I saw how small it was. My only wish is that it was larger so I could print larger pictures.

    Nice Printer

    Nice printer. Nice to have the WiFi. But you're gonna have a tough time if you decide to run it from a modern computer directly because the drivers are outdated.

    If you have an older Selphy-Stick with it.

    I bought this compact printer to upgrade from my old Canon Selphy. My old one did not have a built in USB port. However, I was disappointed with the USB port. I had a USB port that had pics that would load onto anything else but when I put the USB flash drive into the CP900, it kept saying it was not formatted, and this was a flash drive I bought 2 months before this purchase. I had to use one of my old flash drives. A little annoying. Not as easy as my previous Canon Selphy, but I am getting used to it.
