Upon receiving these batteries i performed a rudimentary test putting them in a flashlight with a known run time with new CR123s. These "slightly damaged" 123s performed identical to new 123s in that rudimentary metric. Based on that I find these to be a exceptional value. They are packaged well and shipping was very fast. Shelf life is unknown but for the money i give these five stars. YMMV
