Product itself was either faulty or poorly designed, hard to install (screwing in my shower head) and leaks badly, presumably due to the rubber ring being too small so that even when pushed all the way in there is still a gap allowing water to leak through, and also my shower head is unable to fully screw all the way in.
Contacted seller. Seller was quick to respond and kind enough to offer a partial refund, better off than having to pay return postage.
