Great memory upgrade gave new life to my Inspiron 570/Win10Pro
I have a Dell Inspiron 570, and Dell's marketing literature says it's limited to 4GB, and it's been performing horribly with Win10 Pro (which needs a lot of memory). Online literature from other sources says the 570 will take 8GB easily, so rather than buy a new PC, I exchanged the 4 x 1GB DIMMs with 2 x 4GB DIMMs. Performance is outstanding now, and no issues with the computer addressing all of the memory. I was going to buy 4 of the 4GB DIMMs but wanted to try 2 first before adding more.
