Great buying experience from a great seller. Communication was solid (confirmed when the item was shipped, provided a tracking # and security seal #, when the item was loaded onto delivery truck, and followed up w/me after the order was received). Shipping costs were high but it's not the seller's fault, just how it is now. Most important, the Pioneer receiver was packaged very well and very secure, and works perfectly & as described. All in all this was a great transaction, thanks!
