Whether you are struggling with fresh grief at a loved one's death by suicide or your loss happened years ago, you should know that you are not alone. 5 million Americans are affected--directly or indirectly--by this tragedy each year. The item is as described and works! I'm very happy with my purchase and definitly reccomend this seller as I could easily see myself buying from them again. The only qualm I have is that they sent it in a thin cardboard/paper envelope that offered no water proofing of any kind, luckily the item arrived with no damage but the cd itself was loose in the case and the case was itself loose in this cardboar paper envelope with no additional padding or protection. Could work on packing stuff better.

The item is fine but the packaging is terrible considering how far it travelled. Also they are listed as Us seller but it’s shipping for the Uk - this is why it took weeks for me to get the item. If I would have known before that it would take that long I would be as upset as I am now. When I reached out to them they did not mention it and I found out on my own. I reached out because I was concerned that it had been a week and no movement.

  • Excellent, a shining beacon of light in a very dark area, most helpful

Very sensitive, authors are excellent, both of them are family survivors and write knowledgeably from many points of view and a great deal of others' input. Invaluable resource, highly recommend to anyone who has suffered through this tragedy, best book on this subject. Thank you for having written this invaluable support on what is a little discussed and awesomely unmanageable subject.
