I'm leaving positive feedback because the batteries were offered at a good price, were well packaged and arrived as scheduled. However, I will never believe they are 8AH batteries no matter what is printed on the side. Considering their size and weight and, most importantly, their charging and run time, I would rate them at a 3 or maybe a 4AH at best. Nevertheless, I have need for smaller batteries too and at the selling price I am happy to have them. Still -- buyer beware!

I received on April 24 the wrong battery (No Name 20V DCB200). I contacted reliablebatteries2019 and they quickly responded that they sent the wrong battery and to sell the wrong battery on Ebay and I would be issued a full refund. I contacted them again asking to correct the order and they immediately responded with the same identical answer. A full refund has not been credited to my credit card. It would appear that they will not correct this order. Please advise.
