I paid for a Note10+ with the least amount of defects, (scratches, normal use) but supposed to be operational. The phone arrived and it was great until I realized the usb c cord wouldn't. Plug into the phone and it doesn't snap fit. It charges, but cable falls out. I simply don't have time to wait another week for exchange so I'm using g the wireless charging method.
