I've installed the grip on my M11 Monochrom and am happy with its protective quality, price, and ease of installation. The integral thumb grip's function is basically to enable a user to shoot one-handed, but I can't imagine holding this expensive camera with only one hand, as I'm not a street shooter. However, I've given it a try and it works well, but I'll grind down the lower part of the thumb extension since the point is fairly sharp and uncomfortable. The Arca-compatable base is terrific!

A quality carbon fiber tripod
This tripod is everything I was hoping for. It is a high quality product with great fit and finish. The legs are very sturdy but the carbon fiber makes it fairly light weight. With the 4 leg sections it folds down to a very manageable size. This past week I have taken it on night excursions to shoot the Milky Way with various techniques and equipment. The incorporated leveling head makes it an absolute joy for shooting multi-row panoramas. Combining my geared head, star tracker, and camera with various lenses (24mm, 85 mm and 24-105mm) was no problem as the tripod was rock solid on some fairly rough and uneven ground. It comes with a quality carrying case, metal spikes to replace the rubber feet if needed and a pretty neat little multi tool. I am fairy happy with this purchase!This tripod is everything I was hoping for. It is a high quality product with great fit and finish. I purchased this tripod for max stability and min weight with full frame and MFT cameras video and BIF photography with a sizeable fluid head. I did a lot of research before choosing this model and I am very pleased with it (in my photo life I have probably had some 20 tripods all the way up to a 27lb monster).
