    Jeff Lynne forged a great band along with Tandy and Clark provided an orchestral landmark in the seventies.

    Mr. Blue Sky was the reason I became interested in this particular purchase. While the soundtrack for Guardians of the Galaxy is loaded with my kinda music, I had to buy this album (cd) because it is full of great musical memories. My favorites on this is (not in order of best to least) Turn to Stone, Sweet Talkin Woman, Jungle, Stepping Out, Summer and Lightning, Mr. Blue Sky, Birmingham Blues, while the remaining music is darn good as well. Because the band has choral and orchestral merit, I would buy a copy of this on SACD or a digital-enhanced version unless the copies weren't remastered beyond recognition.

    Top quality ELO album.

    I highly recommend this album to anyone who even somewhat likes ELO. This is one of my three favorite ELO albums (along with Time, & A New World Record).
