Looks to be a 1dx spare only!! Charged the battery and put it in both my 1dx’s and it would operate the cameras but both would not recognize it to give a battery charge life readout. When you click on battery life it shows “Battery not recognized”. I put it in my 1dmkiii and it worked fine. Reason for 4* is not knowing how much charge is left when using with my 1dx’s since they are my two primary sports cameras. Have not tested battery life yet.
