Anyone can report a perfect sale. How about when things didn't go perfectly & you're happy? The seller's computer died so they shipped a little late since they couldn't get the label printed. What did they do? Emailed me & asked for patience along with keeping me informed about shipping. On arrival, each piece of this set was individually wrapped in bubblewrap & kept safe. However, the light didn't work. Sold as new, they happily gave me a partial refund. I'd buy from them again!!!+++++++++
