    Almost 5 stars, but, sounds great!

    I own an ultimate Ears speaker that I bought at retail price and wanted a second to link together in party mode. I purchased this Hyperboom well below retail price knowing it was a refurbished unit. I took a change. Other than sometimes the speaker does not turn on right away when you press the power button, if you use the APP it always turns on. Once it is on, sounds just the same as the unit I bought brand new and linking the two speakers together in party mode sounds outstanding!

    Anticipation

    This is just a few words of hope that I purchased the better of the two options I was recently looking into? My options were this Ultimate Ears Hyperboom or JBL's Boombox 2 which, was, roughly, the same price but, sound wise was nowhere near as impressive as the Hyperboom. So, I'm just crossing my fingers and praying that I made the correct choice in the long haul? After I've received the Hyperboom and given it it's trial run, I'll come back with a more, in depth, review on how it handles my type of music, "Speed & Death Metal" it'll be a damn good time either way it goes.

    Awesome sound low volume or max!

    Well good value it costs a lot but it’s I guess worth it it is incredible sound! N the distance that it stays connected is like 100-126 maybe more.So I liked it so much I bought another one and WOW it plays in stereo mode if you want just awesome!! Use it or both every day I’m listening to it now Sunday morning I have no neighbors so it runs wide open most of the time battery life seems good but at wide open it use more of course, the sound is deep at low volume or high highly recommended it I take it in my boat works there too

    This speaker is great!

    This speaker is incredibly insane. I like that I can hook it up to my ps4 to get the ultimate gaming experience and movie experience. Also, the bass is so sick. (If you want super bass put it against a wall or in a corner) I set it in a building that I am helping work on and I could feel the bass in the floor and the sound over a shop vac. The building space is 18ftx100ft and it can fill the building full of sound with no problem. I have not tested the connectivity between other speakers in the UE app. but I am sure it will work just fine. This is the 5th UE speaker I have bought and I love them. If you are thinking of this speaker in your home and lifestyle, it is definitely worth the money. You can't go wrong with this beast. You can use it just about anywhere. I hope this review helps.

    Do you really love music????? Then you need this super portable speaker!!

    When I first got it I wasn't amazed but the more I used it the happier I got great sound but I get clicking when Bluetooth is connected but got the aux cord so I hook it up like that. Give it a shot can't hurt!!!
