Most frustrating transaction ever made on eBay. Vendor lacked knowledge of product and “make offer option.” Customer service was strange and used delaying tactics. I was successful in my challenge to price only because of my persistence and knowledge of how process is designed to work. Foreign vendors need be fluent in English and business processes of eBay. If I had my time over, I would not do business w/ this vendor. It won’t happpen again. I am pleased w: the product I received.
