I have been using these bags instead of the Food Saver brand bags for years. The material is slightly thinner than the name brand, but has always performed very well for me. I use them for sous vide as well as freezing meat and produce since they are advertised as BPA free. They arrive quickly. 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the thickness and the occasional early collapse/sealing that occurs because they are thinner. Not a deal breaker for me and I will continue to use. I have also purchased the pleated bag roll which is for meant for bulkier items, and am pleased with that. The thinner material is in its favor since there are extra layers which are inserted/sealed. Update 10/10/22: Bumped these up to 5 stars.
