    Great fit Great sound quality could be sold (here) for less money but when you find the product that works... spend the money. Cons: it's small and gets lost easily so not as easy to replace.

    Satisfied

    The previous boom was sent with manufactured issue(flip spring broke). It was replaced in a timely fashion. Two days in the volume is great as well as the flip.

    Needs better design in ear canal.

    The boom falls off too easily

    These don't have the sound quality of the HX550, and the boom btraks off too easily. At least it gets along well with Siri, which my replacement from Plantronics does not do.
