Minor scratch on corner of laptop, otherwise is great condition. Fast shipping, laptop protected by bubble wrap inside box. Lenovo shows expired warranty but an Allstate warranty was emailed for the laptop.
Windows disabled the wireless during the initial setup, luckily I had an Ethernet usb-c dongle to get online.

Other than the packaging, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was a refurbished laptop. It looked brand new. The installed Windows was corrupt so I performed a complete HD wipe using Bios menu, then re-installed Windows via USB and software directly downloaded from Microsoft. After the driver, security updates, and hardware tests, the laptop runs perfect. Also, good seller response and service. 5 stars all the way, I recommend.

Came exactly as described. The laptop and the charger were securely packed in a box with more than enough padding to ensure no harm would have been sustained by the device. Had a minor issue with the activation of Windows 11 Pro but the seller promptly provided a key. Absolutely recommended, if I want a refurbished product, I will be coming to this seller.

Very bad experience, I will never buy from this seller again, I received an item with dents on the laptop chassis (See Photos) this was not in the description, an item was paid for 5 ⭐, this should only have 4 and of course it should mention in the description and therefore the price should be according to the condition of the item... Fast shipping, excellent packaging, I couldn't recommend it to any of my friends and I will definitely never buy from this store again.
