The batteries were received very quickly since I was lucky enough to live in the same state as one of their shipping warehouses. They were well packed and received exactly as described. I had some issues and questions regarding the installation wiring for these batteries and I have to say that my questions were addressed faster than any other seller that I have dealt with in years. I would recommend and buy again from this seller.

This has been a very good experience so far. Purchasing the batteries, I was impressed with the quick delivery and impressive packaging. Lithium batteries were obviously packed carefully, each battery came with a very informative handbook and reminders. The company also was in touch with polite communication to confirm shipping/delivery.
Four batteries have been installed as a conversion from Lead Acid in a 100ah Ryobi lawnmower, and it's working perfectly. One more for a trolling motor.
