Great Affordable Binoculars Worth Every Pennie.
The item was new. My opinion about these Occer Bino's. Is #1 there obviously in the affordable market. #2 they have a very good quality product for the price. #3 the optics are clear, clean & bright. #4 the specs are honest & everything they claim.
