I received this one quickly and it takes less than 5 minutes to pair with your headset, you can find instructions on how to do it very easily on Google. Pros: Quick shipping. Works as intended, prevented me from having to purchase an entire new headset. Pairing process took roughly 5 minutes. Cons: Nothing that I could really speak of. It's a bit pricey, but again, substantially cheaper than having to buy a new headset.

I purchased the adapter because mine broke in half. I bought it before I found a factory refurbished Turtle Beach 500p at Best Buy for only $59.00. If I had to do if all over again, I would NOT buy the Sony adapter; the cost is almost half the price for the better Turtle Beach 500p from Best Buy. But if you can not afford to replace your Sony Gold headphones, this adapter works very well and pairs without an issue. I hope this helps
