As far as the business end of it goes, the transaction was smooth and the shirts came in good condition and well packaged. The colors of the shirts I received did not match exactly to what I ordered from the site. I communicated my concern and interest in an exchange. I received a quick response acknowledging the mix up, an apology and a promise to review what they had in stock more to my expectation. I never heard back after 2 messages. I got what I wanted at Walmart for half the price.
