I received sealed box. Gave it as a gift to nephew for his birthday. He informed me her opened it. The box is empty. No cartridge. Contacted seller. He states I have to return the empty box before he will consider refund. This is the first time since 1999 that I did not receive item and seller not helpful at all. EBay policy also changed and not helpful. So I will just eat the cost since Time is valuable to me. I will not use Ebay as much anymore since I cannot trust it anymore.
