i have packed them in a bubble mail /but in the holiday season,the post office has been so careless to handle / i accept return and lost both ways of postage ,pls understand for me about this situation/ i never want this happened to my customers

Well, YOU ARE the seller, so based on ALL the negative feedback you've gotten in last month, YOU ARE going to have to do better!
If you know the holiday season shippers are careless, PACK BETTER and avoid the hassle of losing shipping and damaged products.
It wouldn't have cost much more to ship in a small, flat rate priority box. The package would've been secure and arrived quicker.
You can either make excuses, or make it better. Your choice.
