    Excellent little player!

    The Mintek MDP 5860 DVD player is nice-lightweight, compact, great picture quality, and very easy to operate. I purchased it to watch movies on the plane because I liked the screen size-4"-much better than trying to watch movies on a PDA. The battery holds a little over 2.5 hour charge (I bought an additonal battery for longer flights) and is easy to remove from the back of the player. It is VERY shock resistant and it fits nicely in the pocket of my suitcase. It's a pity that they aren't produced anymore-would make a great gift if you can find one!

    Mintek MDP-5860

    Nice little unit. Very compact in size, but delivers a decent picture. The volume goes up pretty high, so it is usable in the car. Has been reliable to date. Has an external battery pack for movies on the go.

    Not what I expected

    Item didn’t bring AC cord. The car cigarette adapter does not fit in American cars.
