Buyer beware! Seller does not accept returns in their listings, has terrible communication skills, is non descriptive in nature and is annoyed with requests for additional images, possibly listing and shipping goods with undisclosed damage. Seller is rude and has no clue how to properly package a fragile item as well. Canon A-95 Great Old School Camera!
I'm an older guy w/eye issues and found the Canon A-95 easy to use and no LCD distortion that is a common problem to these cameras. My wife got a A-80 4 mp that I loved and got the extended lens's for. So I wanted a bit more detail in the picture and got the A-95 5mp version and I can still use the extra lens's. So far so good! If you buy either of these cameras make sure seller shows a recent picture of the LCD viewer that is clear and ask that it does'nt show a purple distortion. The rest of the camera is of good quality if reasonably taken care of should last a long time and reliable. Don't leave out in hot car or extreme temperatures as may screw up the CCD/LCD sinse they are sensitive and the replacement CCD's are'nt that great. Canon PowerShot A95 - Great Camera
I've had a Canon PowerShot A95 since 2004 when I was dragged kicking and screaming into the Digital Camera Age. It was getting difficult to haul an SLR around with all the heavy auxiliary lenses, filters, and film. Digital photography is more enjoyable, and I decided to get another Canon A95 as a backup. The one I purchased through eBay works perfectly. Also, I've added telephoto and wide angle lenses to make the camera more flexible. You can use it as a point-and-shoot camera or set the parameters yourself. If you're looking for a camera that's tough, stands up to anything, is light, easy to use, and takes amazing photos, this is the one you'd want. So far, my original Canon A95 PowerShot has been to six continents, and both cameras will be accompanying me on a month long trip to ... Canon A95 digital camera - 5 MP with flip out screen
Canon produces an excellent camera. A real workhorse. This one has a known defect wherein the image sensor goes wacky and produces rose-tinted, blurred images. Canon will replace the sensor for free if you have the serial number and original purchase date. Really love the flip out screen. Sad that the new ones don't retain that feature. I have the waterproof housing and have used it to take stunning underwater pics all over the world. I also have the lens adapter and variety of filters for more creative pics. Almost as good as having an SLR, except lighter. Batteries last a long time. Video is good quality. Refurbised Canon A95 Camera
I had the same camera for several years and then the viewfinder acted up. Several camera shops wanted around $170 to repair. I could have bought a new camera with similar features for that amount. Since I really liked the camera, had the software installed on my computer and had several memory cards I decided to check out ebay and buy a good used camera for a reasonable amount. I found a refurbised camera and was able to trade my camera in on the purchase price. The Canon A95 is a very easy camera to use, has numeous functions and can be purchased at a very reasonable price.I had the same camera for several years and then the viewfinder acted up. Replaced my broken Powershot A95 with a "new" one
I bought my original PowerShot A95 in 2005. It recently stopped working after I dropped it (in its case). It was a good trusty camera and I used it for work on a regular basis. The best feature: the flexible viewfinder. No other cameras have this today. I can take photos over my head in a crowd, over a fence, you name it! I was so happy to find the exact replacement camera on EBAY. The camera works well and it feels great to have the same familiar model. The camera arrived quickly and it appears to be in "like new" condition. I am very pleased!I bought my original PowerShot A95 in 2005. It recently stopped working after I dropped it (in its case).
