Unit arrive extremely well packaged. Had the dealership install it and there were a couple of issues. #1 the volume knob was erratic and sticking,#2 the right seek button would not work. Contacted the seller and asked if they had a replacement/ exchange unit. They said no,but they did refund my purchase price. Can not ask for anything else,they did what I felt was right.
