Company of heroes: Opposing Front
This stand alone expansion of the original Company of Heroes, is another Great Hit. It is amazingly fun to play and addicting. It also solved a lot of the issues from the Origional COH ( company of heroes ). Some of the examples of the issues solved will be, unable to click on the unit you wanted to click on ,units doesn't excute command and plenty other crazy bugs due to the poor coding. All that is solved in the expansion! However, there are still some minor bugs but i have have faith in Relic that they will be fixed. One of the horriable experience i had as a open beta tester but the constantly crash bug. But, hopefully it is fixed in the official game. After trying the game. This is a very fun game to play after all because if you are looking to have fun and get happy. This is most likely not the game for you because all the bugs and glitchs will piss you off ! very badly!

What to know
I like the game but I bought it used and if you don't have the original login information you would have to play on your pc only and to do so you'll have to disconnect internet service while it loads and then you reset your internet that is the only pain but if you get it cheap enough like I did and don't want to play on line it's good. If you like the first company of heros you'll like the second even better. You can play both sides Germans and British it also loads with the first company of heros so it is all in one menu. If you liked CoH then you will like CoH: Opposing Fronts. This is a stand alone sequel, but the battle continues in two more campaigns, one from the British/Canadian perspective in the battle for Caen and the other campaign from the German perspective (Panzer Elite) in Operation Market Garden. The game play is similar to CoH but this time the Allies get mobile command post and strong defensive AT weapons and the Germans have fast attack AFV and powerful Jagdpanthers and King Tigers. Skirmish is the same as with CoH. Multiplayer is also like before (just need to make sure every one is patched the same). The only gripe is that there are five different patches needed to update CoH: Opposing Fronts (my copy is 2.1) to 2.301 and you will need access to a high speed internet connection to DL ... Good Game Hard to install on Vista
Game play is good, could be better. The game is hard to get installed on windows vista. I like to play single player games and this one makes you get set up to play online I had to uninstall Company of Heros just so I could install Company of Heros Opposing Fronts. After 5 hours of getting it installed and all the updates installed (378.27mb. I got to try the game. In my book its not as good as Company of Heros. Game play is too mapped out, and you can't build what you want when you want, you have to build only the units or defenses that the game wants built as the game progresses. This maybe different in online play. I still have not reinstalled Company of Heros because I have to spend a long time downloading all of the updates again.
